"This is a real review and I live in North Judson. I am very happy with their customer service, prices, and follow through. Joel is amazingly knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He took the time to explain everything in a down to earth manner. I was so happy that I bundled everything i.e. house auto etc. In total, I've saved nearly 50% on my insurance policies. "So far anyone I’ve spoken to has been helpful polite answer my questions. Hopefully, I get his name right Jeremy, on 03/17/2025 between 5pm-6pm yesterday he was very helpful. I called him about possibly changing my auto insurance and he walked me through everything. He explained to me the cost what it would include. You also told me if I had any more question or needed further assistance to just call him back."

"after 70 years of covergae and never a claim I will be leaving state farm my payments have never came down they always continue to climb and Im tired of it no reason for it"

"I would love to discuss the absolute rude, and unethical behavior of Jeremy but he won't answer my calls and told his office staff in Illinois to not talk to me even though I pay my monthly high premiums. I contact corporate office on a official complaint, what a disgrace to represent State Farm."

The office in Knox is closed on Thursdays so they were not ignoring your calls. Both my office manager and myself have spoken to your husband this afternoon and have addressed each issue he had. "I'm a teenager learning to drive and my mom had this agent on speaker phone I heard the conversation he was VERY rude and disrespectful and I can identify this behavior as a teenager. I will definitely not go through state farm when I get my license and definitely not this agent!!!!"
